«صدقة جارية | Sadaqah Legacy» مشروع غير ربحي ينشر تلاوات القرآن الكريم وبطاقات آيات وتفسيرها وأحاديث صحيحة على حساباته الرسمية في Facebook وInstagram وعلى هذا الموقع. تشرح هذه الصفحة بدقة ما يُعالَج من بيانات ولماذا. المبدأ الذي نلتزم به: لا نجمع من بيانات الناس إلا ما لا غنى عنه.
١. ما لا نفعله
- لا يوجد في الموقع تسجيل حسابات أو تسجيل دخول أو نماذج أو اشتراكات.
- لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)، ولا أدوات تحليلات أو تتبع أو إعلانات.
- لا نبيع أي بيانات ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا نجمع أو نخزّن بيانات مستخدمي Facebook أو Instagram: لا الملفات الشخصية، ولا التعليقات، ولا الرسائل، ولا الإعجابات، ولا قوائم المتابعين.
٢. زيارة هذا الموقع
الموقع صفحات ثابتة تُقدَّم عبر شبكة Cloudflare. عند زيارتك تعالج Cloudflare بيانات تقنية لازمة لإيصال الصفحة وحمايتها من الهجمات، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الطلب، وذلك وفق سياسة خصوصية Cloudflare. لا نُفعّل سجلات للزوار الأفراد ولا نطّلع على هذه البيانات أو نربطها بأي شخص.
٣. الربط مع Meta (Facebook وInstagram)
يستخدم المشروع واجهة Meta البرمجية الرسمية (Graph API) لغرض واحد: نشر محتوانا على صفحتنا الرسمية في Facebook وحسابنا المهني في Instagram. في سبيل ذلك يعالج النظام فقط:
- معرّف صفحتنا واسمها، ومعرّف حسابنا في Instagram واسم المستخدم الخاص به؛
- رمز وصول خاصاً بصفحتنا، يُحفظ على خادمنا بصلاحيات وصول مقيّدة ولا يُكتب في أي سجل؛
- منشوراتنا نحن فقط (معرّفها ونصها وروابطها وحدّ النشر المسموح)، لتأكيد نجاح النشر ومنع تكرار المنشور نفسه.
لا يقرأ النظام تعليقات أو رسائل أو بيانات أي مستخدم ولا يخزّنها. إذا علّقت على منشوراتنا أو راسلت صفحتنا، فهذه البيانات تحفظها Meta وفق سياسة خصوصية Meta، ويمكنك حذفها أو التحكم بها من أدوات Facebook وInstagram.
٤. مراسلتنا
إذا راسلتنا بالبريد الإلكتروني، نستخدم عنوان بريدك ومحتوى رسالتك للرد عليك فقط، ولا نضيفك إلى أي قائمة. نحتفظ بالمراسلة ما دامت لازمة لمتابعة طلبك، ثم نحذفها خلال ١٢ شهراً على الأكثر، إلا إذا طلبت حذفها قبل ذلك.
٥. مزوّدو الخدمة
- Cloudflare: استضافة الموقع وإدارة النطاق وحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية للمحتوى.
- DigitalOcean: الخادم الذي يُنتَج عليه المحتوى (فرانكفورت، ألمانيا).
- Meta: نشر المحتوى على Facebook وInstagram.
لا تحتوي قاعدة بيانات المشروع ولا نسخها الاحتياطية بيانات شخصية للزوار أو المتابعين؛ فهي تضم النصوص الدينية من مصادرها وسجلات تشغيل النظام.
٦. حقوقك
يحق لك أن تسألنا عن أي بيانات تخصك لدينا، وأن تطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها. طريقة طلب الحذف موضحة في صفحة تعليمات حذف البيانات، وطرق التواصل في صفحة تواصل معنا. نرد على الطلبات خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
٧. الأطفال
محتوانا مناسب لجميع الأعمار، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات شخصية من أي شخص، بمن فيهم الأطفال.
٨. تعديل هذه السياسة
إذا تغيّرت طريقة معالجة البيانات، كأن نبدأ بالرد على التعليقات آلياً، فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة قبل التغيير ونعدّل تاريخ «آخر تحديث».
Privacy Policy

Sadaqah Legacy («صدقة جارية») is a non-profit project that publishes Quran recitations, verse-and-tafsir cards and authentic hadith on its official Facebook and Instagram accounts and on this website. This page states exactly what data is processed and why. Our principle: we process no personal data beyond what is strictly necessary.
1. What we do not do
- The website has no accounts, logins, forms or subscriptions.
- We use no cookies and no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- We do not sell, rent or share any data for marketing.
- We do not collect or store data about Facebook or Instagram users: no profiles, comments, messages, likes or follower lists.
2. Visiting this website
The website consists of static pages delivered through Cloudflare's network. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the page and protect it from attacks, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not enable per-visitor logs, and we do not access this data or link it to any person.
3. Our Meta integration (Facebook and Instagram)
The project uses Meta's official Graph API for one purpose: publishing our content to our own Facebook Page and our own Instagram professional account. To do this, the system processes only:
- our Page's ID and name, and our Instagram account's ID and username;
- an access token for our own Page, kept on our server with restricted access and never written to any log;
- our own posts only (their IDs, text, links and the publishing quota), to confirm a post was published and to prevent duplicate posts.
The system does not read or store any user's comments, messages or data. If you comment on our posts or message our Page, that data is held by Meta under the Meta Privacy Policy, and you can delete or manage it with Facebook's and Instagram's own tools.
4. Contacting us
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we never add you to any list. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and delete it within 12 months at most, or sooner if you ask.
5. Service providers
- Cloudflare: website hosting, domain management and storage of content backups.
- DigitalOcean: the server where content is produced (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Meta: publishing to Facebook and Instagram.
The project's database and its backups contain no personal data about visitors or followers; they hold religious texts from their sources and the system's operating logs.
6. Your rights
You may ask us what data about you we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it. How to request deletion is explained in our Data Deletion Instructions, and how to reach us is on our Contact page. We answer requests within 30 days.
7. Children
Our content is suitable for all ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Changes to this policy
If the way we process data changes, for example if we begin replying to comments automatically, we will update this page before the change and revise the "Last updated" date.
