تنطبق هذه الشروط على موقع sadaqahlegacy.com وعلى المحتوى الذي ينشره مشروع «صدقة جارية | Sadaqah Legacy» على حساباته في Facebook وInstagram. استخدامك للموقع أو للمحتوى يعني موافقتك عليها.
١. طبيعة الخدمة
المشروع غير ربحي، ويقدّم محتوى تعليمياً مجانياً: تلاوات القرآن الكريم، وبطاقات آيات مع تفسيرها، وأحاديث صحيحة مع تخريجها. لا يتطلب الموقع أي حساب أو تسجيل.
٢. مصادر المحتوى وأمانة النقل
تُنقل النصوص الدينية حرفياً من مصادر معتمدة، دون أي تعديل أو توليد آلي للنصوص:
- نص القرآن الكريم: مشروع Tanzil (tanzil.net)، بالرسم العثماني.
- التلاوة: الشيخ محمد أيوب رحمه الله، من تسجيلات مجمع الملك فهد لطباعة المصحف الشريف، دون تغيير في السرعة أو طبقة الصوت.
- التفسير والترجمة: «المختصر في تفسير القرآن الكريم»، وترجمة Saheeh International للمعاني، عبر موسوعة QuranEnc.com.
- الأحاديث: موسوعة الأحاديث النبوية المترجمة HadeethEnc.com، مع درجة الحديث وتخريجه.
تبقى حقوق هذه المصادر لأصحابها، ونذكرها مع كل منشور.
٣. الاستخدام المسموح
- مشاركة منشوراتنا وروابطها كما هي، لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية.
- ذكر المشروع ومصادر المحتوى عند المشاركة.
٤. الاستخدام غير المسموح
- تحريف نص القرآن الكريم أو التلاوة أو الأحاديث، أو اقتطاعها بما يغيّر معناها.
- نسبة المحتوى إلى غير مصادره، أو استخدام اسم المشروع أو شعاره بما يوحي بتأييد أو شراكة غير قائمة.
- إعادة استخدام محتوى المصادر المذكورة تجارياً دون إذن أصحابها.
- أي محاولة لتعطيل الموقع أو إساءة استخدامه.
٥. الشعار والهوية
اسم «صدقة جارية | Sadaqah Legacy» وشعاره وتصميماته الأصلية ملك للمشروع، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن.
٦. حدود المحتوى
نجتهد في الدقة والتحقق قبل النشر، لكن المحتوى تعليمي عام وليس فتوى. للمسائل الشرعية الخاصة يُرجع إلى أهل العلم. إذا لاحظت خطأً فنرجو إبلاغنا عبر صفحة تواصل معنا، وسنراجعه ونصححه.
٧. المنصات الخارجية
استخدامك لـ Facebook وInstagram يخضع لشروط Meta وسياساتها. لا نتحكم في هذه المنصات ولا في محتوى يضيفه الآخرون في التعليقات.
٨. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم الموقع والمحتوى «كما هو» دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن انقطاع الخدمة أو عن أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدامها، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

These terms apply to sadaqahlegacy.com and to the content the Sadaqah Legacy («صدقة جارية») project publishes on its Facebook and Instagram accounts. By using the website or the content, you agree to them.
1. The service
The project is non-profit and provides free educational content: Quran recitations, verse cards with their tafsir, and authentic hadith with their sources. The website requires no account or registration.
2. Content sources and faithful transmission
Religious texts are reproduced verbatim from established sources, without any alteration or machine-generated text:
- Quran text: the Tanzil Project (tanzil.net), Uthmani script.
- Recitation: Sheikh Muhammad Ayyub (may Allah have mercy on him), from the recordings of the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran, with no change to speed or pitch.
- Tafsir and translation: "Al-Mukhtasar fi Tafsir al-Quran" and the Saheeh International translation of the meanings, via QuranEnc.com.
- Hadith: the Encyclopedia of Translated Prophetic Hadiths, HadeethEnc.com, with each hadith's grade and source.
The rights to these sources remain with their owners, and we credit them with every post.
3. Permitted use
- Sharing our posts and links as they are, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Crediting the project and the content sources when sharing.
4. Prohibited use
- Altering the Quran text, the recitation or the hadith, or excerpting them in a way that changes their meaning.
- Attributing content to anyone other than its sources, or using the project's name or logo to imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
- Commercial reuse of the sources' content without their owners' permission.
- Any attempt to disrupt or misuse the website.
5. Name and logo
The name «صدقة جارية | Sadaqah Legacy», its logo and its original designs belong to the project and may not be used without permission.
6. Limits of the content
We take care to verify everything before publishing, but the content is general education, not a religious ruling (fatwa). For personal religious questions, please consult qualified scholars. If you notice an error, please tell us through our Contact page and we will review and correct it.
7. Third-party platforms
Your use of Facebook and Instagram is governed by Meta's terms and policies. We do not control these platforms or content that others add in comments.
8. Disclaimer
The website and content are provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or for any indirect damage arising from their use.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page applies.
